I am a Paris-based artist, curator, and game designer who utilizes real-time media and video games both as a driving force and a foundational methodology for research.
I craft interconnected worlds that share characters, artifacts, and myths, each expanding into the next and drawing from real-world observations and my own speculative fictions.
My primary interests include the exploration of mutating biological architectures, planetary sentience, and queer practices, particularly examining sexual dissidence as an act of symbiosis with natural chaos.
I’m also a level design nerd and a fag so I can’t help but translate the astonishing architectural wisdom of gay cruising spots into game play.
As a curator I explore the tension between computation, planetary boundaries and play, by working with artists who envision alternative narratives for our relationship to technology. Mostly in partnership with Fabbula, i organize exhibitions, playful events, research programs and international game jams.
I’m also a founding member of distraction.fun, a paris-based collective working on ways to re-introduce video games in the public space by transforming both of them.
